FAQs
How do we start our project?
Once you’ve decided to renovate your kitchen, or build an addition, or new master bathroom and have figured out roughly what your budget will be you can give us a call. First we set up a meeting at your house so you can show us exactly what you want. We’ll share our portfolio and answer any initial questions you have. Then we decide on the design and layout if one has not already been drawn up by an architect.

We compile a detailed estimate of the project and submit it to you for review. At this time we field any questions you have on our estimate. We work with you to keep in range of your budget and needs.

After we agree upon a design and the construction proposal is agreed upon we can apply for permits from the township, organize a schedule of work for the life of the project, and begin ordering long lead building materials like windows and exterior doors.

What is covered at the Kick-Off meeting?
The Kick-Off meeting is when we all meet at your house and introduce you to the project leader. We also figure the logistics of your project; how do we get in and lock up and which door should we use?, are there any alarms, pets, or children to be a where of? Where can we park, store material, store tools, put a dumpster, place a job sign?

Who is in charge of my project?
Every project has an assigned crew leader who is in charge of the project. He is on site all the time (as required) and aside from actually constructing the project he is managing the subcontractors, materials, deliveries, and ensuring that the project is progressing as scheduled. He works closely with the homeowner and is always available to answer any questions.
