How We Work
As a complete residential remodeling company we can not only build, but also design your home project. We will work with you to first design the project and then build it, ensuring a seamless transfer of information from the drawings to reality. We can also function solely as a general contractor if you have already chosen an architect and with our design experience can ensure that no aspect of the project is left on the design table. Either way, we are committed to providing you the best possible finished product.

As design evolves to build, our role changes more from creative to one of execution. This is the logistical and construction stage. This is where we implement the design and manage the construction, while maintaining a strong line of communication with our client. This is also, where our experienced staff and our close relationship with the many different area suppliers and subcontractors really shine. Our skilled staff, in addition to managing the site, performs all of the carpentry work, which is a rare find these days. By performing our own carpentry, we are always on site working allowing us to maintain full time supervision of the job. This in turn gives us greater control, much better decision-making, a higher level of quality, and a less stressful project for our clients.

Our staff has a vast wealth of experience not just as carpenters, but also as managers of and workers in the many trades involved in construction. They know how it all ties together, how to properly communicate with the subcontracts, and relate in comprehendible terms to the homeowner. This communication with the subs ensures reliable work, quality materials, timely completion, and most importantly good service throughout the job and after the work is done.
