Carpenters and Lead Carpenters
We are extending an exciting opportunity to join one of the most highly regarded design/build firms in the suburban Philadelphia Main Line Area! Nationally ranked in the Top 500 Remodeling companies by Qualified Remodeler Magazine and recently inducted into Remodeling Magazine’s Big 50, BENOIT & CZARNECKI DESIGN/CONSTRUCTION is seeking the services of exceptional Carpenters and Lead Carpenters.
The success of BENOIT & CZARNECKI DESIGN/CONSTRUCTION is the ultimate residential design/build delivery system. We design and build custom renovations, additions, and whole house remodels. We employ the highest standards in superior craftsmanship.
Experience with specified projects budget/schedule adherence, and other technically oriented skills are required. Service orientation with excellent and conscientious client and communication skills are also required. BENOIT & CZARNECKI DESIGN/CONSTRUCTION also expects a high level of carpentry skill for any candidate whether office or field management. We offer year-round work, rain or shine. Carpentry candidates should possess a minimum of four years of hands-on experience. They need to be strong in both framing and finish carpentry with the ability to work independently. Rafter, layout, and blueprint reading skills are mandatory.

Architect/Architectural Designer/Interior Designer

The success of BENOIT & CZARNECKI DESIGN/CONSTRUCTION, LLC is the ultimate residential design/build delivery system. We design and build custom renovations, additions, and whole house remodels. We employ the highest standards in craftsmanship and excellence.
Experience with specified projects budget/schedule adherence, and other technically oriented skills are required. BENOIT & CZARNECKI DESIGN/CONSTRUCTION, LLC also expects a high level of sympathetic design skill for any candidate. Hands-on experience in the construction field is beneficial. The potential candidate should possess the ability to design and render by hand at times and possess high-level CADD skills. We utilize Apple computers and are a Mac OS based office. We primarily draw with “Power CADD”. Proficiency with Microsoft Office is expected. Sales meetings and design presentation to design/construction clients are required. Accurate construction estimating skills are a plus for any candidate.

Depending upon the level of experience of the candidate the job offer may vary. Less experienced candidates may be offered a part time or free-lance position to start. Candidates with design, sales, construction, and estimating experience may be offered an immediate full-time position. We offer excellent benefits for full-time employees, including profit sharing and bonus opportunities. Salary is determined by experience. We do not offer a relocation package.
