Design Services

Benoit & Czarnecki is a design/build company. Why hire an architect and then a contractor? We handle everything. From initial concept through final construction documents, we work together to create the living space you have always wanted…and we don’t forget about your budget. An open conversation regarding budget is necessary to ensure we can achieve your “wish list”.

We follow up with a detailed design proposal outlining our initial meeting and goals as well as our design fees. We typically offer different design scenarios for the project and meet with you for discussion. Once we finalize the design, we will put together our construction contract and move ahead with building the project. During construction, our design team is available to assist you as much as you desire with selections of materials, colors, fixtures, and space planning.
